Privacy Policy
Lottery Dreams is built to be private by default. Your dream plans, saved numbers, and ticket history live on your device. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we explain everything in plain English.

1. Who we are
BagYak, LLC is the company behind Lottery Dreams. When this policy says “we” or “us,” that’s who we mean.
2. What stays on your device
- Your state and (if you share it) location-derived state/county selection.
- Your dream plan allocations and custom categories.
- Saved number sets, play schedules, tracked tickets, and match results — the app checks tickets on your device; your numbers are never uploaded.
- App preferences.
This data is stored on your iPhone and is not transmitted to us.
3. What we collect
- Launch-list emails. If you sign up on this site to be notified at launch, we store that email for exactly one purpose: sending the launch note. You can request removal any time via the contact form.
- Contact-form submissions. Your name, email, topic, and message if you write to us — used only to reply.
- Basic server logs. Our AWS infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived request logs (IP, timestamp, path) for reliability and abuse prevention.
- Crash and diagnostic reports. Aggregated, non-identifying signals through Apple’s first-party tooling, so we can fix bugs.
4. What we don’t do
- We don’t serve third-party ads.
- We don’t embed third-party trackers or analytics SDKs.
- We don’t sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
- We don’t build an advertising profile of you.
5. Sharing
We share limited information with processors that help us run the service — Apple (app distribution) and Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email/notification delivery) — each bound by its own data-processing terms. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Retention
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Launch-list emails are deleted after the launch note is sent (or on request, whichever comes first). Diagnostic data is retained in aggregate for up to 180 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Because most data stays on your device, deletion is often as simple as deleting the app. For anything else, send us a note through the contact form.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, surface a notice in the app.
