Privacy Policy.

Lottery Dreams is built to be private by default. Your dream plans, ticket purchases, and state selections live on your device. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and we try to explain both in plain English.

1. Who we are

BagYak, LLC is the company behind Lottery Dreams. When this policy says "we" or "us," that's who we mean.

2. What stays on your device

  • Your state and (if you share it) location.
  • Your dream plan allocations and custom categories.
  • Tickets you've tracked manually.
  • App preferences (dark mode, haptics, etc.).

This data is stored on your iPhone or iPad and is not transmitted to us.

3. What we collect

  • Subscription status — from the App Store, through Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive your card details.
  • Crash and diagnostic reports — aggregated, non-identifying signals so we can fix bugs.
  • Contact-form submissions — your name, email, topic, and message if you write to us. Used only to reply.

4. What we don't do

  • We don't serve third-party ads.
  • We don't embed third-party trackers or analytics SDKs.
  • We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
  • We don't build an advertising profile of you.

5. Sharing

We share limited information with processors that help us run the Service — Apple (billing), Amazon Web Services (hosting and SES email delivery for the contact form), and similar infrastructure providers. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted. Diagnostic data is retained in aggregate for up to 180 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Because most data stays on your device, deletion is often as simple as deleting the app. For anything else, use the contact form with the "Legal & privacy" topic.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surface a notice in the app.
